Located 18 Km from Sarlat, between the Dordogne and Vézère rivers in the heart of the beautiful Perigord Noir, Le Moulin Aux Ans is a convenient location for visiting the many wonderful sights in this area.

An 18th century iron foundry later converted to a flour mill it comprises a number of buildings grouped at the end of a half mile mill lead providing private boating and fishing.

Each property is comprehensively equipped for self-catering and has its own out-door dining furniture and bar-be-que, WiFi and UK Satelite TV..

There is a shared washing machine.
Heating is available in cold seasons.
Logs for open fires may also be purchased.
The bi-lingual English owners live on site and are available to assist you with your holiday.
